The Waialua Community Association (WCA) is one of the oldest community associations in Hawaii. Established in 1934, it serves the entire North Shore community with meaningful, educational, and recreational programs. The WCA is a gathering place where children, teens and seniors are encouraged to engage in meaningful social activities that stimulate and support individuals and community.
